评价 Mode Sathorn Hotel

We stayed for 3 nights recently at the Mode Sathorn from 13/9/25 to 16/9/25. We were very pleased with the standard at the hotel and the staff could not have been willing to do more for you. Checking in, the young man taking our cases to the room was so happy & amenable. We ate at the rooftop restaurant on two evenings and were served by Mint, Noey & Dear who went out of their way to look after us and we felt very pampered. Concierge, reception & room staff very friendly & helpful. Great location with train out the front. Room service was disappointing. Expensive for what it was & they were very strict with menu. No changes or additions allowed.

Elegant modern hotel. The facilities are great specially the pool in eleven floor. Rooms are very comfortable and detailed managed, rooms in the higher floors have great views to the city. The personal were really helpful and the always had a smile on their faces. Location is fabolous you dont need to cross the street to take the sky train , which is awesome as bangkok traffic its a nightmare, and this service , let you explore easly the city without the chaos.

Great location the hotel, is literally near a skyrail station and very close to Silom road. The hotel is sophisticated and elegant it seems to be very new. We love the rooms beautiful, clean and modern. Breakfast is great a varied buffet with a lot of choices. The roof top has amazing views to the city and a great bar. We definitely recommend the hotel.

Pool bar is expensive

Positives: conference room facilities and snacks, the staff helping there; helpful travel person when wanted to go somewhere gave good directions; food. Bath, pool Could use improvement: Despite 3 attempts to change checkout date in the weeks BEFORE checking in, the full date was charged then I was told "couldn't refund". I did receive a laundry credit, but would have preferred the error not to have taken place in the first time!. Not liking: no desk or decent chair in the room nor seating/desks elsewhere where one could work (lobby chairs without work surface and plugs) as was there for work purposes ; limited pool hours; lack of response to website contact and repeated emails re change of checkout date
